Train it
- Add your core knowledge — paste text, FAQs or crawl your site.
- Run a few questions through Test retrieval and confirm the important ones return "Answers from brain".
- Decide your grounding mode — Strict keeps it strictly on-topic.
- Set your deflection message for anything it doesn't know.
Brand it
- Set your agent's name, colours, greeting and quick replies in Widget.
- Turn on the pre-chat form if you want to capture name/email up front.
- Check it on mobile — the widget goes full-screen and stays clear of notches.
Connect & staff it
- Optionally connect live data (orders, bookings) with a field allowlist.
- Invite your team and set roles, so humans can take over when needed.
- Set your office hours, or leave 24/7 full-auto.
Lock it down
- Add your domains to Widget → Allowed origins so nobody can embed your agent elsewhere.
- Turn on two-factor authentication for your account.
- Review your privacy and data-retention settings.
Ship it
- Add the one-line snippet to your site (or use a platform guide).
- Reload, click the launcher, and say hello. If it replies — you're live. 🎉
