1. The service

Torbie ("the Service") provides an AI live chat widget operated by UNIVERSALHOMEANDTECH LTD ("we", "us"). You embed the widget on websites you own or control, and configure what it may say and access.

2. Your responsibilities

You must only connect data sources and systems you are authorised to share.
You are responsible for the accuracy of knowledge you provide to your agent.
You must not use the Service for unlawful, harmful or misleading purposes.

3. AI-generated content

Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate. You should not rely on them as professional advice, and you are responsible for reviewing how your agent represents your business.

4. Trials, plans and termination

Trials are free for 30 days. Paid plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding a claim.
